AngelsRadar is a discovery and introduction platform. It does not facilitate investments, receive or hold investor funds, execute equity transactions, or manage investment negotiations.

Once an approved investor requests an introduction, AngelsRadar's role ends at receiving that request and connecting the parties offline. Any resulting discussions, diligence, or investment are conducted entirely outside the platform, between the founder and investor directly.

Founders and investors are responsible for the accuracy of the information in their profiles. AngelsRadar reviews and approves profiles at its discretion to maintain the quality of the network.
